Virginia Brewers Rally for North Carolina Brewers
30+ Virginia Craft Breweries Join Pouring for Neighbors Initiative
Virginia’s independent craft beer industry has rallied to support fellow brewers and communities in southern/southwest Virginia and western North Carolina impacted by Hurricane Helene. In the spirit of camaraderie that defines the independent craft beer industry, 38 breweries from across the Commonwealth are participating in the “Pouring for Neighbors” initiative.
As part of the “Pouring for Neighbors” initiative, craft beer enthusiasts can enjoy great Virginia brews while contributing to a meaningful cause. This initiative, coordinated by the North Carolina Craft Brewers Guild, highlights the resilience of the independent craft beer industry. There are over 120 breweries located in FEMA designated localities in North Carolina. Over 300 breweries from 30+ U.S. states and territories have joined the initiative.
